Cancel an order

1. 1.Send your order number and the email used for the order. Requests are checked at the start of each business day.
2. 2.If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
3. 3.If it has shipped, accept the parcel and return it for a refund under the Refund Policy.
