California law gives residents an opt-out from the sale of their data and from its use in cross-context advertising. This page sets out the PREP MASTER position and the request process.
Your Rights Under California Law
The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and the CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act), which amended it, grant these rights. A California resident may ask which personal information a business collects. You may also request a copy, a correction or deletion. You may opt out of sale, and of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may limit the use of sensitive personal information. An authorized agent may act for you.
Using any of these rights never changes your price, the service you receive or the way we treat your order. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a request.
Our Practice
PREP MASTER does not sell your personal information. Nor does it share that information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No analytics or advertising trackers run on the site. Our host, payment processor, email service and carrier receive data only to do work for us. Under the CCPA, that counts as neither a sale nor sharing.
How to Ask
You can still submit an opt-out or a data request. Email support@the-prepmaster.com with the subject line California privacy request, so it is routed correctly. Include:
- the name used on your order
- the email address given at checkout
- the right you want to exercise
Agents acting for you must include your signed authorization. Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are treated as opted out automatically.
What Happens Next
We confirm that your request has arrived. To check it is yours, we may ask for details from a past order. A full response follows within 30 days, with an email once the request is complete.
Exercising these rights never leads to different treatment. Your prices, service and access to the store stay the same.
